Expert Carriers
We use office furniture industry experienced LTL carriers to ensure your products arrive undamaged. Typically, our deliveries are scheduled for 1 pm in major metropolitan areas to avoid heavy traffic and enable efficient scheduling by our installation partners.
In our considerations regarding sustainability, we designed custom pallets that enable us to use less space in a trailer. In some cases, this reduces the fuel consumption per unit by over half.
Products can decked to reduce fuel cost per unit and prevent damage
Simple Installation
Products will arrive mostly assembled or require simple assembly to complete installation.
You can request shipment to your warehouse, an installation company location, or a job site. Since our products are mobile, most products can be assembled offsite and rolled into position.
We Insist on Accuracy
We encourage “three-way matching” practices when you receive a shipment. Make sure the items and quantities you receive match our shipping documents and your purchase order. Call us immediately if you find a discrepancy. We want everything you need for a project to be there when you need it.
No Freight Claims
Our terms and conditions are “FOB Dealer Point of Delivery” so we take end-to-end responsibility and action should there be an issue. Take photos if you detect any shipping damage.
