Charging

C-power™ can be recharged with any of August Berres’ four charging solutions (learn more here). To extend the battery's life, we charge slowly and limit charging to 90% of the gross battery capacity and discharging to 10% of the gross battery capacity. With this approach, you can count on retaining 80% of the capacity after 2500 cycles.

When you cycle once every workday, 2500 cycles is about the same as ten years of service for most users. Longer life is the key difference between C-power™ and budget-priced alternatives designed with just a few years of planned life.

Safety

For your safety, C-power™ is equipped with both heat and overcurrent protection. The product will turn itself off when it detects a problem and restart after the situation is resolved.
